Our company supplies the stainless steel foil firm DATUMALLOYS (England) for the manufacture of templates for applying solder paste.

The range of products are steel grades specially designed for the manufacture of templates for applying solder paste, namely 301, 302, 304 and 430.
Foil DATUMALLOYS at your request may have the following thickness: 0.050; 0.076; 0.100; 0.110; 0.120; 0.127; 0.140; 0.150; 0.180; 0.200; 0.250; 0.300; 0,350 or 0,400 mm. The width of the foil sheet is 610, 620 or 800 mm. Supply of the material is in the form of strips or in the form of cut sheets. Minimum order - 25 kg.

All the steels manufactured for a particular application in the production of stencils. All materials are subjected to machining, are 100% tested for waviness and roughness.

301/302/304 - austenitic grade foil DATUMALLOYS
An alloy of iron, chromium, nickel, cold-hardened.
The main element is composed of nickel, the content ranges from 4 to 22% more of nickel, greater ductility. Carbon contained in a very small amount as by welding the carbon does not react with the chromium and thus reduced resistance to corrosion. Austenitic alloy slightly magnetized after cold working, and not magnetized after annealed. This alloy adapt to cold forming, lends itself well to welding, is ideal for high temperature applications, and has a high corrosion resistance.

430 - martensitic grade foil DATUMALLOYS
This alloy is processed at high temperatures. All varieties that have become magnetized in the cold-worked condition. Only fully relaxed material may be considered not magnetized. Stencils manufactured from steel of 430 easy to process as the material is soft. This material is ideal for "step etching" stencils. It is easily treatable, but not suitable for the production of wear-resistant stencils. Laser cutting stencils can only use stainless steel. Significant differences in the quality of stencils made from steel 300 th and 430 th series is not, however, the 430 Series is easier to cut.
